Hello, I am Michael Popienko and I bring transformation into the lives of people with whom I come into contact! 

That is my mission in life and always has been.

I am a Baby Boomer and I hope you enjoy my music and my writings.  I write so that they will illuminate and inspire the inner spirit of your being and soul whether you are a Baby Boomer and or unique human being.  Namaste.

I love Being a Baby Boomer! I love the age of the wisdom that I am experiencing now.  Wisdom, and the depth of appreciation of it, only comes with time.  I wouldn't trade it for anything. 

Here is the song I wrote, Being Baby Boo, about my generation if you like to take a listen to it. It pretty much covers everything from where we've been, where we are, to where we might be going. I tie this song with the logo concept to present a challenge to our generation.    Sounds a bit like Bob Dylan and tune to that of Tom Petty sound. Enjoy!

First my music. Lyrically I write like John Lennon, Bob Dylan  and John Denver.  I sing and I am getting better at it through voice lessons.  People say I sound a bit like Bob Dylan and Tom Petty!  My goal is to crush the comment, people say it all the time, "they don't make songs the way they used to" ...well I'm working on it!    Boo Rock will be different.  Another reason I've started writing music for myself is that nobody is writing about what I am going through as a Baby Boomer. If there are, I don't know where to find it for no one is pointing me in that direction. If you have suggestions please alert me to the music.  New rock and pop relates to younger people, as it should, for it was done for me, but is anyone making songs that relates to Baby Boomers.  I am making a true attempt to make a difference in that relm!  

My writings, whether they be philosophical, about tennis, ( I am a professional USPTA certified tennis instructor) and or other topics of life, will be to share what I am feeling as a baby boomer, where I am in my mind as a human being, where I am with my life and how I am transforming these feelings and thoughts into reality.  This is and is not by accident on my part.  I am affirming.   What are you doing with your life and do you want a more fulfilling life, I believe I can help.  I believe I can help anyone.  The journey to infinity, living this life to the fullest, can be had to the extent that it can and I would like to empower other baby boomers and yes other human beings as well, so that they will fulfill their life's expectations too.  Welcome to our journey.  Enjoy my website.
